More than referrals.
Support for a stronger independent practice.

Stellar Collective is designed to help experienced clinicians do more than work independently. We want to help you build a sustainable, confident and future-ready practice.

As a Member, you retain your independence. You choose how you work, bring your own clinical judgement and continue to develop your own professional identity.

Around you, Stellar Collective provides practical support, trusted governance, professional connection and resources designed to make independent practice easier to manage and sustain.

Our model is designed to support strong earning potential while preserving your professional independence. You can consider referral opportunities that align with your expertise, availability, location and practice goals, while accessing the infrastructure and support of Stellar Collective and the wider MedHealth group.

The Contractor Mastery Program

A key benefit of Stellar Collective membership is our Contractor Mastery Program.

Designed specifically for independent clinicians, the program provides access to the knowledge, resources and professional connections that can help you build a successful, sustainable practice, while preserving your professional independence.

The program is designed to continually add value, reduce administrative burden and support you at every stage of your independent practice journey.

As Stellar Collective grows, the Mastery Program will grow with us, drawing on expertise from across the MedHealth group, the experience of our wider network and, over time, the knowledge of Members who want to share their expertise and mentor others.

The program has five areas of focus:

Number 1

Helping protect participants and clinicians through strong governance, quality and risk management.

This may include safeguarding, incident review, documentation standards, audits, clinical escalation, NDIS Practice Standards updates, reflective practice and quality improvement.

The goal: safe clinicians, safe participants and safe practice.

Number 2

Helping great clinicians continue to develop their expertise through professional learning, peer connection and access to specialist knowledge.

This may include CPD, masterclasses, communities of practice, research and innovation updates, complex case discussions and access to subject matter experts.

The goal: stronger clinical capability and better participant outcomes.

Number 3

Helping Members build sustainable independent businesses.

This may include resources and education around practice management, capacity planning, referrals, tax and compliance fundamentals, business growth, networking, personal branding, productivity, automation and financial wellbeing.

The goal: a stronger, more sustainable independent practice.

Number 4

Supporting sustainable careers and long-term wellbeing.

This pillar focuses on resilience, work-life integration and personal growth through topics such as burnout prevention, stress management, sleep, exercise, confidence, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, productivity systems, habits and purpose.

The goal: sustainable professional performance alongside personal wellbeing.

Number 5

Helping Members use technology to work efficiently, safely and professionally.

This may include access to approved digital tools such as Heidi Health for service delivery, documentation support, automation, cybersecurity, digital professionalism and approved technology guidance. Over time, technology may also help recommend personalised learning pathways, including relevant CPD, mentors, communities of practice, business workshops and tools.

The goal: greater productivity, efficiency and future-ready practice.

Built with Members,
for Members

The Contractor Mastery Program will continue to evolve as Stellar Collective grows.

We will test what creates the most value and listen to Members about what genuinely helps them save time, reduce administrative burden, strengthen their businesses and deliver exceptional care.
