Stellar Collective is designed for experienced clinicians who want the flexibility and autonomy of independent practice, with the support of a professional community and established systems behind them.
As a Stellar Collective Member, you remain independent. You bring your own expertise, judgement and professional style to your work and make your own clinical decisions within your qualifications, registration, scope and experience.
We provide the infrastructure around you: helping with many of the operational and administrative aspects of practice, while connecting you with participants whose needs align with your expertise.
The result is more freedom to shape your independent career, and more time to focus on meaningful, high-quality clinical work.
How the model works
You stay independent
You operate as an independent contractor, manage your own professional responsibilities and make clinical decisions within your qualifications, registration, scope and experience.
We provide the support around you
Stellar Collective provides practical systems, administration support, governance frameworks, escalation pathways and service expectations that help independent practice run more smoothly.
We help connect you with participants
We connect participants, families and referrers with experienced clinicians whose skills and experience suit their individual needs, goals, location and service requirements. You can consider the opportunities that are right for you and your practice.
You are part of a professional community.
Members are connected through shared standards, practical support and a collective commitment to safe, ethical and participant-centred practice. You’ll have opportunities to connect locally and nationally through multidisciplinary learning, peer discussion and communities of practice.

What we ask of Members
Membership is built on mutual trust. We ask every Member to:
- Deliver services safely, ethically and within scope
- Keep credentials, registrations, clearances and insurance current
- Protect participant information
- Document services accurately
- Report concerns early
- Act with integrity in all aspects of service delivery, billing and communication
In return, Stellar Collective provides the standards, systems, support and escalation pathways that help you practise with confidence while remaining independent.
